Zoom 3D printers are equipped with a monochrome 8.9-inch LCD(12*19 cm), with resolution of over 9 million pixels, the life of these LCDs is more than 2500 hours that causes more speed and quality in printing. The ability to adjust the intensity of light and the duration of UV radiation in these devices can be changed and defined by the operator, and different profiles can be set on the device for different resins, which is one of the unique features of this series of devices.
The cover of the device is completely metal with a furnace color, which is suitable for use in workshop environments and has a long life and durability.
The device is equipped with an internal computer and electronic boards made by this company, in case of failure, these parts are always available and can be replaced easily and quickly.
In order to equalize the weight of printed models at different points of the plate, special software capabilities have been added to the processor system of these printers.
In the movement system of the Z axis, two rails, two carriages and ball screws are used, which is equipped with a governor with zero backlash, and for this reason, the movement accuracy of this axis is 5 microns.
Also, according to the dimensions of the manufacturing plate for each 3D printer, a suitable cover is equipped with strong cooling fans with the necessary and sufficient space for LCD and LED cooling
